The history of Indians

According to the data of genetic researches the ancestors of the modern Indians and Eskimo went away to America from the North Eastern Asia through the ancient wide isthmus that existed between America and Asia long time ago and disappeared more than 12 thousand years ago.

And such migration was lasting during the period between 70 thousand years BC and 12 thousand years before. It was passing in several waves that followed each other. And the colonization of America by these tribes and their spread on its territory took many years.

Before European colonization the majority of tribes of Northern and Southern Americas were of different stages of the communal system. Usually they had the maternal system. Such system was usually proper for the tribes near the river Amazon. Other tribes had the paternal system and it was proper for the majority of tribes. The part of tribes was on different stages of the transmission from the tribal system to the class system.

With the arrival and settlement of Europeans the tragic period of the Indians history starts. The problem was that Europeans started to occupy the traditional Indian areas killing tribes and damaging everything they saw. Such violence was naturally faced with violence.

Europeans also tried to make slaves of Indians. But they were strong and willed people who were not good slaves as they never obeyed and loved their freedom.
